Recommended the use of latex gloves for both recipes.
Ingredients for two jars
- 200 g of red peppers
- 120 g fresh chilli
- 500 g of sugar
- Salt as needed.
- 300 ml of water
Wash and dry peppers and chillies. Clean both, depriving them of white parts and seeds; cut peppers into squares and chillies in half; put them in a saucepan with sugar, salt and water and cook over low heat. When the mixture has thickened, (after about 1 hour), turn off the flame and blend everything. Your jam is ready.
To keep it in sterilized jars, put the lid on and turn the jars upside down until cool.
